Orders will be processed in a two steps. First, pick and place your order in the cart and proceed to check-out. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you with the cost and choices of shipping so that you can finalize your order.
Methods of shipping are by Canada Postal Services and by Canpar Courier Services. We will advise you which method is best suited by price and speed to your destination. Upon acceptance of a shipping method we can complete your order. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as well as the tracking number of your parcel.
Payment methods are by Visa , Mastercard, Postal Money Order or by check. If payment is by check or Money Order your shipment will be held pending clearance of the payment which could take up to three weeks. Should you be worried about providing your credit card information over the internet you can call us toll free and we can take your credit card information in person by phone.
We want to accommodate you in any way we can. If you receive an item that is unsatisfactory, please contact us. We will do whatever we can to "make it right" for you.
Thread, kits and accessories may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase if returned in the same condition as sent. We will not refund thread or kits that have been wound, or returned after 30 days or that is un-salable to others. Sale and discounted items are not returnable.
Should an item be defective, Contact us prior to returning the item. Items returned without authorization will not be refunded.
On occasion we make mistakes and ship the wrong item. If the mistake is ours please accept our apology and contact us prior to shipping for return instructions. Be sure to safeguard your return; we will not accept damaged items for refund or exchange.
